Our client is expanding their sales team and hiring two Sales Development Representatives in their Lenexa office.

THIS ROLE IS IN-OFFICE IN LENEXA,KS

This is a B2B Sales Development/Lead Generation role. You will work closely with the Account Executives to develop qualified sales opportunities.

The goal for the hired candidates will be to elevate, based on merit and accomplishment, to the Account Executive role within 18 Months.

We are seeking candidates with experience in B2B Lead Generation, with a dedication to process oriented, solutions based sales process.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by contacting targeted outbound prospects to identify, qualify and promote sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound calling (30+ Calls per Day), digital outreach, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Your target audience will be in the corporate marketing and event planning/management areas
  • Conduct discovery calls in a process based, solutions oriented sales outreach
  • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.

Skills
  • Proven experience in outbound, non-scripted, lead generation.
  • Strong ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in business development and inside sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Base Salary plus Commission with first year OTE target of $60,000.00+
