Location: Hybrid, San Francisco (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Role Overview:
As an Engineering Program Manager (EPM), you will drive large-scale new product introduction (NPI) cross-functional programs for the Hardware Program Management Organization. You'll work closely with engineering, product management, and various teams to deliver high-quality hardware products through all phases of product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional programs through all phases of the product development lifecycle, from EVT/DVT/PVT phases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage program plans, track progress, and report on key deliverables, action items, risks, and mitigation plans.
Build and manage prototype allocations, budgets, and POs throughout the NPI process.
Collaborate with teams across hardware manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics to meet business goals.
Ensure adherence to metrics and drive process improvements.
Lead JDM/CM proto build plans, ensuring material readiness and logistics support.
Who You Are:
8+ years of program management experience in hardware, software, embedded, networking, or cloud technologies.
2-4+ years of new product introduction (NPI) experience in the hardware domain (Required).
Experience with hardware EPM processes like EVT, DVT, PVT phases, and CPDM process at Cisco (Preferred).
Proven ability to manage programs during the P1, P2, Pre-Pilot, and Pilot phases/builds.
Expertise with project planning tools such as Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills in a cross-functional environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (Preferred).
