Graduate America Dallas is hiring Adjunct and Workforce Technical Instructors to teach and train students across various career, technical, and workforce development programs. We are seeking multi-disciplinary professionals with both teaching and industry experience to provide flexible coverage and support career-readiness outcomes.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise across multiple fields (e.g., HVAC, IoT, and advanced manufacturing) and experience managing workforce or apprenticeship programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact the workforce pipeline by preparing students for high-demand careers with practical, hands-on skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Teach and train students in one or more of the following areas:
FANUC or Universal Robots Certification (Automation)
NABCEP Certification (Solar Energy)
FAA Part 107 Certification (Drone Technology)
CompTIA Security+ or CISSP (Cybersecurity)
At least 1 year of industry experience in relevant fields.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse student population.
Key Competencies:
Multi-disciplinary teaching ability with adaptability to emerging technologies.
Workforce development expertise and experience managing apprenticeships or career-training programs.
Strong time-management skills to balance course schedules and administrative tasks effectively.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital teaching tools.
Ability to foster industry connections that support student internships and job placements.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $25 - $45 per hour, based on field and expertise.

Adjunct-to-Full-Time Pathways: Instructors may transition to full-time roles as program needs grow.
