CMIT is looking for a driven Systems Engineer with Administration experience to join our Managed Services Operations (MSOPS) team. This position will be an escalation point for our Network Operation Center (NOC) team, resolving reactive issues for solutions. They will handle certain proactive reviews and ongoing maintenance of CMIT systems provided to our clients such as backups, and CMITs toolset. They will also assist in preparing and maintaining up to date, written technical policies and procedures to be used as reference material for internal employees. Systems Engineer Responsibilities: Develops and maintains system integrations and components, including but not limited to application-to-application integrations, services, internal and external API, and file transfer. Prepares technical documentation to help internal IT staff understand and use a product or service, including instructional manuals, training guides, and organizing content into a document that can be easily understood. Participates in requirements analysis, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of same for the application-application integrations. Troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the application development team. Updates and edits are written procedures and policies to reflect changes and additions to technologies Completes administrative tasks that pertain to Client On-boarding and Client De-boarding projects and notifies the project team upon completion. Completes administrative and training tasks for all new hires pertaining to on-boarding and off-boarding tasks when employees leave the company. Performs other duties as assigned.
