Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Level 2 IT Support Engineer. In this role, you'll provide advanced troubleshooting, install and configure hardware and software, and support Microsoft 365 environments. You'll be busy solving a wide variety of IT issues, always learning, and growing along the way. If you love technology and thrive on helping others, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and support Office 365 applications and services.
Assist with server maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles (MSP expreince highly desirable).
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy environment.
