This role's objective is to provide reliable, high quality IT Services for the business IT systems and infrastructure, aligning service delivery with business needs.
Extensive Experience in handling offshore - Onsite model
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to Interface with Business users and address their requirements
Ability to develop strong working relationship with the customers from various business functions
Strong knowledge and experience in Multiple IT Infrastructure technologies ( GCP, Servers support, Endpoint support, Backup, Storage, O365, Network)
Expert Knowledge in ITIL and good knowledge in ITSM toolset ( Jira and SNOW)
Ability to handle difficult conversations with the customer for Priority Incidents, RCA, Escalations
Work with the customer and Offshore team for optimization, Continuous Service Improvement and transformation themes
Strong in Governance and Reporting
Ability to work under pressure and managing conflicting priorities
Facilitation and project management skills
Flexible to join priority incident calls during off business hours
Prior experience in working with Pharma or Healthcare domain is a plus
