YER USA is proud to partner with a leading global manufacturer of vision inspection systems, originally founded in Germany in 1993. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT & Help Desk Assistant to support the team.
Goal of position
IT Specialists maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization's important files and
information remains safe and intact.
Main Task
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of server and desktop systems
Implement security measures
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
User help desk (first and second level support)
Administration, maintenance and development of windows server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO's, WSUS, fileserver, print-server
Administration of Microsoft cloud services (AAD, Microsoft 365)
Administration and maintenance of further network systems like cloud base phone system, DB-server or application server.
Support and planning of IT projects
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer, server or network items
Role Requirements
2 years' experience in given area
Strong background in STEM areas
Excellent knowledge with windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) und managing clients within the company
