We are currently seeking an Appointment Setter / Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with potential clients, converting leads into scheduled appointments and fostering relationships with individuals seeking financial guidance. As a key player in our growth, your work will be instrumental in helping our advisors connect with those who need our services, directly contributing to the success of our team and the clients we serve.

Salary Range: $40,000 -$50,000 plus bonuses

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, educating them on our services and scheduling appointments with our financial advisors.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries, turning prospects into scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and appointment information.
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with leads post-contact to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Assist in maintaining a high-quality client experience from the first point of contact through scheduled appointments.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the lead generation and appointment-setting processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (financial services experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Proven ability to build rapport over the phone and convert leads into appointments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and schedules.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a smaller, close-knit, family-like environment.
