About MOTORMIA:
MOTORMIA is a technology startup dedicated to improving the relationship between enthusiasts and their vehicles with the help of Mia. We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will take extreme ownership of the MOTORMIA product and roadmap. This role is for someone with proven startup experience (0-25 employees) who is passionate about developing a category-defining consumer AI product. This is a full-time, on-site position in Scottsdale, AZ, ideal for a self-proclaimed or aspiring car enthusiast.
Role Overview:
This position will report directly to the CEO,
#1 Shape the Product
Develop product strategy and vision
Set goals
Create specifications
Conduct discovery
Build roadmap
Provide product/design feedback
#2 Ship the Product
Ensure quality assurance
Secure budget/resources
Remove blockers
Execute GTM strategy
Adjust resources/priorities
#3 Sync the People
Communicate important information
Align stakeholders
Align the team
Maintain team morale
Soft Skill Qualifications:
A potential (or existing) passion and love for all things automotive.
Previous experience working at an early-stage company is a MUST.
A willingness to embrace extreme ownership and a growth mindset.
