LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team for a retail company located in Smyrna, GA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling information as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including at least 2 years supporting C-suite Executives.
Experience in a mid-sized company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and project management software (Asana, Trello), and ability to learn new tools quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in the imaging or technology industry is a plus.
