ProRecruiters is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure full functionality.
Investigate customer-reported technical problems and perform routine repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service.
Ensure new or modified equipment installations meet industry and company standards.
Analyze inspection reports to identify and address the root cause of problems.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintain and submit detailed records and reports to the Field Service Supervisor.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Strong leadership skills to direct, plan, and oversee the work of field service employees, ensuring their safety.
Professional communication skills, whether addressing employees individually or in groups.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time (typically 2 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off).
A per diem of $75/hour is provided to cover travel, fuel, and lodging expenses.
