The Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to dive into hands-on implementation of marketing strategies across various platforms and mediums spanning a wide variety of client types and industries.

As our Junior Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with your team members and our clients to execute marketing plans, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing while developing your strategic, creative, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our clients' voice and tone, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives
  • Help manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, designing layouts, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as print assets, presentations, and digital content
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts
  • Collaborate with team members on client projects, contributing ideas and supporting overall marketing goals
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating event marketing and promotion
  • Support client relationship management by assisting with client communications, preparing meeting materials, and addressing basic client inquiries
  • Contribute to project management efforts by developing and tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources using tools like Asana
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of organic social and digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Design and update marketing graphics on platforms like Adobe and Canva
  • Support website design and development projects by gathering content, conducting basic SEO research, and drafting site content for platforms including Wix, Hubspot, WordPress, and more
  • Use Google Analytics to track website performance, create reports, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate on print marketing initiatives, including brochure design, direct mail campaigns, and print ad creation
  • Help manage the production process for print materials, coordinating with designers and print vendors

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Canva, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Hootesuite, Later, Sprout, Klayvio, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Wix, Hubspot, Shopify, and WordPress
  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, figure-it-out attitude

Salary

$45,000 - $55,000, commensurate on experience

Schedule

Position is open immediately. This is a full-time position.

Work Location

Our company values face-to-face collaboration and creativity, so this position is primarily based in our office. However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility for remote work when appropriate. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with and excited about regular in-person interactions while appreciating the option for occasional remote work.
