Territory Business Manager-Exceptional Opportunity: TBM must be based in the Columbia, South Carolina region. WFH set up-2-3 days in the territory!

Compensation: 54,500- $66,500 + Uncapped Commissions

Position Summary: As a Territory Business Manager, you'll lead and expand business in specific regions with an established customer base. Essential Functions:
  • Develop robust business relationships with targeted referral sources, including endocrinologists, family practitioners, internal medicine practitioners, geriatric medicine practitioners, CDE groups, and RD groups.
  • Implement a strategic territory plan, identifying prospective clients and understanding their needs.
  • Effectively manage and expand your territory, maximizing sales and revenue growth.
  • Utilize consultative sales and value-based selling techniques as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and patient-related organizations to achieve mutual goals.
  • Optimize time management and ROI by using company programs and territory management tools.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience managing a pipeline
  • Volume of outbound calls
  • Healthcare or medical device background preferred

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three-plus years of industry or related industry experience preferred
  • Outside field, experience

Compensation Package: The general hiring range is $54,500- $66,500 + Commissions, with actual compensation based on education, experience, and skills.
