- As an HRIS Technical Specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of UKG’s suite of applications, including UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions develop/maintain integrations. You will serve as a technical expert, collaborating with UKG and our internal teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- In this role, you will utilize a deep understanding of the UKG product suite, including UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions. Configure and optimize UKG applications to align with business requirements and enhance user experience
- Manage and configure UKG applications to meet Linde’s needs. Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction
- Ensure UKG systems are configured to comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security across all UKG platforms
- Lead comprehensive assessments to gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and develop actionable project plans.
- Design and implement robust UKG solutions that meet business needs, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Develop technical specifications, configure system modules, and ensure successful project delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Continuously monitor and assess UKG system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement best practices in infrastructure, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual interventions, and improve overall system functionality
- Drive innovation by leveraging UKG’s capabilities to develop new functionalities and enhancements that support business objectives. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in HRIS, recommending and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities
- Lead integration efforts between UKG solutions and other enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, payroll, and timekeeping systems. Assess technical requirements, perform hands-on configuration, and conduct detailed field analysis to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Develop and maintain interfaces between UKG solutions and other enterprise systems. Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting as needed
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration and implementation of UKG solutions. Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party support activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Advanced UKG certifications in relevant modules are highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UKG Technical Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on HRIS, system configuration, integration, and project management. Proven experience in designing and implementing UKG solutions, with a deep understanding of its architecture, functionality, and best practices
- Proficiency in UKG modules such as UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions, and UKG Ready. Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting, with a deep understanding of UKG’s security features, business processes, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on promoting data integrity and ensuring accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner and provide guidance and advocacy throughout the implementation process
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development; willingness to stay up to date with the latest UKG features, updates, and best practices
