The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Organize and maintain files, ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Serve as a liaison for communication between the executive team and stakeholders.
Arrange travel plans and logistics for events and conferences.
Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in executive-level administrative roles, supporting C-suite executives.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
