Job Summary:

The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison for communication between the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Arrange travel plans and logistics for events and conferences.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in executive-level administrative roles, supporting C-suite executives.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive and adaptable to manage multiple tasks.
