JOB RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Program and Project Management - Provide Program and project management implementation and execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Provide in-depth conceptual knowledge of area. Lead projects with minimal guidance and have accountability for ongoing activities/objectives. Serve as in internal resource, consultant and liaison to patients/families, staff, physicians/faculty, and/or the community for issues related to the program. Direct the on-going development, implementation, coordination, marketing, and evaluation of program outcomes. Create processes and collaborations relevant to program stakeholders.



  • Communication & Relationship Management - Develop, maintain, and manage strong working relationships with internal and external partners, colleagues, and other key stakeholders. Respond to requests quickly and effectively. Facilitate structures/mechanisms for effective prioritization and communication among teams and community leadership. Improve organizational performance through recommending improvement activities.



  • Operational Management - Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the program in collaboration with leadership. Direct, establish and monitor business processes to ensure effective and efficient operations. Identify areas for improvement.



  • Process Improvement - Participate in improving/assuring organizational and/or departmental performance/quality through recommending areas or approaches for improvement activities, performing new procedures, collecting data and/or providing input to department discussions. Anticipate and actively identify and recommend areas for process/system improvement. May work with appropriate personnel to implement agreed upon changes. May participate in the evaluation of improvement initiatives/activities.



  • Collaboration - Work collaboratively/cooperatively with others to achieve goals. Develop positive working relationships with peers/colleagues. Share knowledge and/or provide support for team members. Contribute to and promote a positive and professional work environment/atmosphere. May serve as a liaison within the division or organization.





JOB QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of work experience


  • OR Master's Degree and 3+ years experience


  • Clinical improvement and Project Management knowledge




Preferred


  • Clinical background (Nursing, etc)

  • Prior experience with developing outcome measurements
