Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc., a family-based plumbing and electrical contractor, is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team. This is a key position in our company as we expand, and we're looking for someone to help take our projects to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate and detailed estimates from construction plans
Create take-offs with assistance from team
Gather quotes from suppliers and generate comprehensive bid packages
Track the progress of bids and communicate with General Contractors (GCs)
Handle change order paperwork and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines
Work with field staff for AIA Billing
