Facilities and Office Assistant
The ideal candidate will manage daily office tasks and ensure our facility remains fully stocked, clean, and presentable. You'll be responsible for scanning documents, handling mail, and conducting regular walk-throughs to identify and report any facility maintenance issues. Key responsibilities include:
Daily Duties:
Mail and document scanning.
Inspect ceiling tiles and the facility for new issues (e.g., water spots); document findings and report to the landlord.
Restock office supplies, breakrooms, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
Clean and maintain coffee machines and kitchen areas.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones.
Event planning and coordination support.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
