We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, and cross-functional technology projects at Beringer Technology Group.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process changes. You will lead project implementation teams, act as a liaison between clients and Beringer Implementation teams, participate in implementation planning sessions, lead client and project status meetings, and coordinate with technical resources to successfully drive projects to completion using Office 365 and other Cloud solutions. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This individual will be a creative thinker and problem solver, detail oriented, possess strong communication skills and an interest in learning.
The right candidate for the role will have the ability to: • Create and manage project plans • Define project schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress and resolve/prevent issues • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings • Document and follow up on action items and decisions resulting from meetings • Develop and manage documentation and client facing deliverables • Proactively ensure project timelines and budgets are met • Support the procurement process and manage client delivery • Contribute to monthly project forecasting • Identify and manage project scope changes, risks / mitigation plans and issues / action plans • Support multiple projects simultaneously • Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders and executive sponsors
Requirements: • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating with clients at senior leadership levels • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience • Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics • Local to the South or Central Jersey area preferred (hybrid opportunities available) • Project Management certification is a plus
