Staffworks Group is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist who is bilingual in Korean and English. The successful candidate will oversee inventory levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient inventory management processes are in place.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and verifying inventory accuracy
- Collaborating with departments to streamline inventory management
- Creating and enforcing inventory control procedures to balance inventory and reduce shortages
- Tracking inventory and identifying potential discrepancies
- Performing regular inventory audits for record accuracy
- Evaluating inventory data and suggesting improvements
- Working with purchasing and logistics to guarantee prompt inventory supply
- Managing inventory databases and preparing necessary reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external parties
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- At least two years of experience in inventory management or a related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
