Responsibilities:
- Maintain network wiring and equipment, including switches and firewalls.
- Primary tech for phone systems, including setup, programming, maintenance, moves, adds, changes and troubleshooting.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
What you need:
- Knowledge of VOIP Phones.
- Active Directory Experience.
- Knowledge of the back end of admin management side of the system.
