This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled 8-hour shifts between 7:00am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays from 7:00am - 3:30pm every 7-8 weeks. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist - Bilingual to:

• Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas of University Hospital by providing the best customer service.
• Greet patients, families, and visitors and make efforts to create a welcoming environmental for guests.

**Must be bilingual in Spanish**

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience

• 6 months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience Required
