Are you looking to join a growing private practice?At Relationship Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, we are seeking dedicated and empathetic interns, pre-licensed and licensed therapists ( LPC, LCPC, MSW, LSW, LCSW, LMFT,) to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. This role offers the flexibility to work from home via a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform or onsite at one of our Illinois locations in River Forest, Oak Park and Naperville, supporting clients in their journey towards improved mental well-being.If you are looking to understand private practice or a place to grow,add additional training and certifications, and develop your skills ina supportive environmentwe offer coaching inside our group!Candidates who work well with a team and want to specialize but needmore exposure are welcome. Our team is close, we value sharing andsupporting each other.This is a position with competitive pay and work/life balance forfull-time and part-time clinicians.We OfferA collaborative team who shares creative ideas, insight, and clinicalexperience with all staffElectronic health record to document progress notes seamlesslyIntake and scheduling team dedicated to helping book clients on your behalfBilling department to handle claims on your clients' behalfTelehealth/Remote work allowing you to choose between in person orvirtual appointmentsEarn up to $70 an hourCouples Certification TrainingSchedule flexibility create your own schedule and make your own hours, weekend availability NOT requiredSupervision is available ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family counseling services,Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.Offer crisis intervention and support as neededParticipate in regular supervision and consultation meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care.Comply with all professional, ethical, and legal standards in the delivery of mental health services, including HIPAA regulations and company policies.Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
