Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations & Integration is responsible for the leadership and successful implementation of cross-departmental initiatives that optimize clinical integration and align NeighborHealth’s clinical and business operations with its population health strategy. Reporting directly to the AVP of Integration and Operational Excellence, this role will provide thought-partnership to the AVP in identifying and designing projects and multi-year initiatives that advance the organization’s adoption of population health principles, maturity in value-based care delivery models, and excellence in clinical operations and integration.
Design and implement clinical integration initiatives that advance population health and promote operational efficiency and excellence.
Participate in regular brainstorming and strategic planning exercises with the AVP of Integration and Operational Excellence, and other leaders as appropriate, to establish and advance NeighborHealth’s population health strategy.
Execute plans for clinical collaborations, service lines, and operational efficiency initiatives as identified by AVP of Integration and Operational Excellence and execute against the system's operational initiatives.
Drive integration and alignment of various clinical and operational strategies for the system.
Ensure priorities and initiatives are implemented and meet deadlines.
Lead and participate in multiple operational and clinical committees and workgroups.
Keep apprised of industry trends in population health, value-based care, and best practices in clinical operations and efficiencies, and translate this information into actionable proposals to the AVP

EDUCATION: A minimum of a master’s degree in healthcare, business, or relevant discipline is required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare field.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Experience leading and managing complex organization change and relationship development and management.
Demonstrated successful program development, change management and relationship building in previous roles.
Proven success with administrative and clinical leaders to pursue operational excellence and exceptional patient services and outcomes. Leads with transparency, integrity and authenticity.
Results-driven and system-thinking skills with ability to provide thought partnership.
