This role will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep of the equipment and facilites. This role will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
Essential Functions:
Develops and implements maintenance procedures
Delegates inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Plan and oversees all repair and installation activities
Oversees workload allocation to staff
Oversees equipment inventory, placing orders as needed
Participates in annual budget planning process. Routinely tracks expenses against budget
Manages relationships with contractors and service providers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration or facility management. May consider relevant work experience in lieu of degree
6+ years of experience
Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance staff and contractors
Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques
