Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled .NET Developer

Our client is seeking a seasoned .NET Developer to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a new vendor product. This position offers the chance to work on a modernization initiative, where you'll utilize your expertise in .NET, C#, and VB.NET to help migrate their systems from an old vendor to a new one.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, development leads, and offshore teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and development progresses smoothly

  • Follow the change management process during the development cycle, including managing new changes to the vendor or requesting enhancements

  • Interact regularly with client and vendor partners to support development and ensure a seamless post-launch transition

  • Participate in quality assurance testing, validations, and development corrections as needed

  • Develop system checks, monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance testing to ensure production readiness

  • Prioritize tasks and complete them within expected deadlines, addressing any vulnerabilities, variances, or findings related to the supported applications

Qualifications:
  • 8-9 years of experience as a .NET Developer

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and MVC

  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL is a plus

  • Knowledge of banking, payments, or insurance systems is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with check processing, card processing, or merchant systems is an advantage

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work

This is a 100% onsite position located in Brooklyn, Ohio. The salary range for this role is $87/hr to $108.75/hr.
