Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address any blockers or issues
• Following the change management process for new developments or enhancements
• Interacting with client and vendor partners on a daily basis for development and post-launch support
• Supporting quality assurance testing and performing necessary validations or development corrections
• Ensuring the development of system checks, monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance testing
• Prioritizing tasks and addressing vulnerabilities, variances, and findings within expected deadlines

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 8-9 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Familiarity with SQL and database management tools
• Experience in the banking, payments, or insurance industry, with a bonus for any exposure to lockbox, image scanning, or merchant systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges head-on
