Job Description:

Position:
  • Highly motivated, reliable and detail oriented individual to fulfill, install, train and support our products and services including payment processing service, software and hardware along with Accounting software and payroll
  • Configure credit card terminals, POS Systems, PC's, tablets and mobile phones
  • Research and help implement strategies and procedures as necessary
  • Use internal and industry standard procedures and general administrative tasks
  • The willingness and ability to complete certifications and trainings
  • Advanced internal and remote IT support
  • Compliance and security management
  • Compensation geared towards long term employment
  • Permanent, full time, hourly position with bonuses
  • Coordinate new and existing accounts between Vendors, Inside/Outside Sales Team and Partners
  • Review application and order submissions
  • Oversee merchant account and other service application submissions
  • Create PO's and invoices in QuickBooks and Synchronize Accounts between ACT!, BigCommerce & Customer Files
  • Sales support and general administrative tasks
  • Facilitate Solutions for Technical Support needs onsite and at customer locations
  • Assertive outreach to customers and vendors

Responsibilities:
  • Proven technical support experience
  • Track record of reaching quota
  • Patience and listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with PC's running MS Windows 10 & 11
  • Experience with POS Systems, terminals and/or payment gateways a plus
  • Experience with TDES, EMV, PCI and NFC a plus
  • Installation of POS and Accounting/ERP Systems, software and hardware over the phone or on location.
  • Payments industry experience a plus

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
  • Computer savvy
  • Experience with ACT! and/or QuickBooks or other related CRM's or accounting software a plus
  • Payments, Accounting, IT or other technical industry experience
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
  • Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
  • 45 WPM or more without looking at keyboard
