Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Technician at Post Modern Communications in Huntersville, NC. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with IT-related problems.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT components
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with help desk support and customer service
Understanding of networking and security fundamentals
Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS
