Summary: Manage inventory of BakeMark USA Manufactured, commodities and general resale merchandise at assigned BakeMark location(s).
Responsibilities:
Clear reporting on the period GM report.
Manage Branch inventory levels for assigned vendors.
Utilize and maintain the MARS forecasting module and appropriate NDS reports.
Calculate economic order quantities, prepare/ place purchase orders.
Maintain accurate product and freight costs.
Negotiate, analyze, and arrange transportation of product from approved suppliers to BUSA Branch.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience, 1 year preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience a plus.
