As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and support to the CFA division. You will be responsible for managing financial forecasting, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Create annual budgets and develop short-term and long-term forecasts.
Identify opportunities and risks related to project spending and departmental cost management.
Partner with the GM to align the team and make informed decisions.
Create budget plans for projects and develop business line budgets.
Provide financial analysis and support to the team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project cost management in the manufacturing industry or similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of P&L management and all the elements that build up a P&L.
Experience with financial forecasting and MRP/ERP systems.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand complex situations.
Experience summarizing financial information and communicating effectively.
Familiarity with working in a global company and across different organizational levels.
Ability to create training and lessons to improve financial understanding.
