Let's talk about the role:
Reporting directly to the President of the USA, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to Manage and ensure the successful functioning of non-operational functions within Credit Corp Solutions to support the business in achieving its financial targets and strategic growth objectives. This includes HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Office Admin.
Some Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Establish resource and operating plans for all shared service functions to support achievement of business objectives.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, operating systems, monitoring systems and controls within each non-operational function to ensure successful service delivery
Act as a senior point of contact for external providers of HR, administrative, mail, technology and other service provision vendors.
Provide on-site, day to day supervision for Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development
What are we looking for?
>10 years management experience
>5 years HR management experience
>3 years project and change management experience
>3 years vendor management experience
Demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated analytical experience
Proven ability to identify and manage risk
Success in leading teams
High level business communication
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
