They have acquired multiple sites that are ready for the construction of data center campuses. We are looking for an Individual with experience in business modelling, project management and vendor engagement to act as primary project interface across teams and functional areas to ensure project milestones are met and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely and effective manner. The individual in this role will work on projects from early stage acquisitions through planning, construction and ultimately delivery to tenants

Responsibilities
Coordination with acquisition-focused team members in assessing viability of potential properties, including management of 3rd party due diligence consultants.
In partnership with stakeholders, including strategy, design, and construction teams, create a master development program for site(s), including entitlement schedule, complete campus design solution & schedule, and capital budget.
Oversee and manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting process, including any specialty permitting requirements, in alignment with the project schedule.
Work closely with acquisitions, development, and management teams for milestone reporting and issue escalation.
Manage, direct, and coordinate teams of architectural, structural, civil, MEP consultants along with required specialty consultants and internal SMEs to develop and issue complete data center design packages in accordance with internal and tenant specifications and standards and all applicable code and regularity requirements.
Coordinate feasibility, cost, and schedule with utilities for infrastructure needed for the site.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years as a project manager either in a real estate, construction or consulting environment
Experience with Project Management tools
Ability to work in a client facing environment and engage effectively with internal teams
