Oracle Database Development: • Must possess at least five (5) years relevant experience • Must possess IT-II Information Assurance Level and have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission. • . • Maintain and Document all Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) items (examples: remediations, work-corrections, and Security Check Lists).. Program data in COTS database format (Oracle Current version). • Develop code and objects to support Oracle database architecture. • . • Act as a back-up to the Senior DBA as needed. • Act as a backup to monitor and service the components of Oracle WebLogic. • Inform and address concerns that will affect progress and/or completion to the COR immediately when known providing all historical information. • Participate in migration of Oracle Database Application Servers to Military and Government Azure Environments. • Contribute to completion of deliverables.
Oracle Database Development: • Possess an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification. • Must possess at least five (5) years relevant experience. • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission. • Working knowledge and experience performing Oracle database analysis tasks in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) development and production environments. • Working knowledge and understanding current Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and data access optimizations. • Working knowledge and experience with PL/SQL, SQL Loader, and all aspects of data ETL into Oracle database on RHEL and Windows systems. • Working knowledge and analytical database experience on large-scale application data models • Working knowledge and experience with data modeling tools, Erwin, in development and documentation of logical and physical data models for all Oracle instances. • Working knowledge and experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL, PL/SQL. • Working knowledge and experience with database performance and tuning techniques. • Working knowledge and experience with current Oracle database and data warehousing features. • Working knowledge and experience with Oracle data integrity implementation. • Full project life cycle development experience in code migration, database change management and data management. • Consultant shall attain all current Oracle technologies with new version releases as they occur annually. The consultant shall provide the COR verification for annual training related to current Oracle releases.
