Role Description
The Office Manager for our Brea, CA location is a full-time on-site role that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, such as general administrative responsibilities, managing office equipment, providing customer service, HR and accounting support, and general office administration. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
Prior experience in basic accounting and Human Resources
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in administrative assistance
Knowledge of office equipment and basic office management
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related software
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
