A growing and stable medical research company is URGENTLY looking for a Call Center Reps to assist with their customer service department. This role will be managing high volume of incoming calls from patients. This role is fully on-site 5 days a week. This position is temp to hire
Qualified candidates MUST have:
At least two years of call center experience, preferred in medical industry
Able to answer a high volume of calls
Able to explain product details to patients
Greet visitors, patients and clincal professionals
Assist with front desk duties
MS Office Suite knowledge
Front office presentable
Extrenely personable, good attitude and can work in a fast paced environment
Able to resolve disputes with customer accounts and work with collections department
Reliable, bubbly, personable and comes to work with a smile
