As a growing company, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in our Pompano Beach office.

This is an in-office position between the hours of 8am-5pm.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and upholding our commitment to excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, engage with diverse customers, and contribute to the success of our organization.

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product catalog and pricing to assist customers with order customization and recommendations.

Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Uphold our company's standards for data accuracy and confidentiality in all order entry tasks.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to streamline order entry procedures and enhance efficiency.

Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat channels to provide exceptional service throughout the order placement process.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Implement and adhere to established organizational protocols and procedures for efficient order management.

Maintain meticulous records of customer orders, including order details, payment information, and delivery preferences, in our centralized database.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates, system enhancements, and customer service strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Stay updated on customer product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner.

Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.

WHO YOU ARE:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 5+ years prior customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Proficient in using computers and customer service software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.
• Speaks clear English, bilingual a plus.
