The Senior Manager, Category Growth is accountable for the category growth and portfolio development for the Americas Zone; ensuring an integrated business plan to deliver N5Yr objectives and all product category penetration targets.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a related discipline from an accredited university/college is required, with marketing experience in which several years are in a leadership role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An MBA is preferred.
Experience in marketing for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies.
Experience analyzing AC Nielsen data and market research reports to draw insights.
Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools and technologies.
