At Dish Society, we are searching for leaders who have a passion for food, development, and hospitality as we continue to grow our first Austin location. As a growing brand, we are eager to bring leaders onto our team who are interested in making restaurants and hospitality a key focus in their career goals. We have developed a program to help kickstart your career by teaching, applying, and coaching you on how to lead people and businesses better!

Through this program we are strategically creating opportunities to allow you to gain skills, learn business acumen, and create opportunities to help you grow in many areas of your career. Those in our program have the opportunity to grow into a high level leadership role within our organization or to launch into their next career expedition because of the skills and lessons developed over time with us. Participants have the opportunity to progress towards their area of strength and career interest while working in restaurant operations. These focus areas can include (but are not limited to) Human Resources, Finance, Logistics/Supply Chain, Marketing/Community Involvement, Catering, and more!

Responsibilities / Outcomes:
  • Uphold Dish Society standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day to day basis
  • Influence team member growth by providing training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and promotions
  • Mentor/Coach a minimum of 2 team members on a monthly basis
  • Be available to work 3 open/close shifts per week
  • Be available to work 3-4 weekends per month
  • Be flexible to changes and excited to grow with us

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Self-directed and driven leader who demonstrates honor, dignity, respect, and integrity and possesses a willingness & desire to serve & learn
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Experience in fast paced environment preferred
  • Leadership Experience preferred
