This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day Facilities department administration and support of office and remote working environments. The Facilities department oversees responsibility for amenities, security and safety within a hybrid working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports visitor management within the office - access cards, meet and greet, emergency procedure etc.
Provides back up coverage for day-to-day maintaining of a clean and professional office space, including restocking of kitchens and copy rooms.
Supports the management of facilities and office supplies inventory.
Assists in the coordination of internal events including re-configuring conference room furniture and provision of refreshments.
Processes, sorts, and logs all incoming packages.
Processes and tracks all outgoing FedEx and mail.
What You'll Need:
Prior experience working in a distribution center, retail operations, or office administration environment.
Intermediate level proficiency of MS office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Outgoing individual with high energy and a positive approach.
Good communication skills and an ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional setting.
Good organizational skills with an attention to detail.
