Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Programming Scheduling Assistant at HITN in Brooklyn, NY. The Programming Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for communication, customer service, phone etiquette, administrative assistance, and training. The role involves supporting programming schedules and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of HITN's services.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette and administrative assistance
Experience in providing training and support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of television programming and scheduling is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related field preferred
