Position Overview:

As the Client Experience Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Sandy Morris Financial, reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will manage front desk operations, track client preferences in Salesforce, and assist the executive team. You'll also ensure the office is stocked with supplies and maintain a welcoming environment-complete with freshly baked cookies daily!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients warmly, providing a personalized and professional experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain and update client preferences in Salesforce with accuracy
  • Assist the Executive Director of Operations with calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and welcoming
  • Bake fresh cookies daily to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
