Our client, a well-known entertainment and media company, is looking for a dedicated, eager and professional Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is reliable, trustworthy, and has the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. This role also has very strong growth opportunities within the firm!

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, flexibility as needed
Fully onsite: Midtown, NYC
Perm Salary: $70 - 80k base
Responsibilities:
Manage heavy calendaring
Process expense reports and time reporting
Maintain contact database and send various mailings
Draft and mail correspondences
Support client event planning
Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Assist with travel planning and coordination
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative/executive experience
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Exhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisions
Ability to maintain composure and maintain an executive presence during high pressure situations
Ability to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive information
Self-starter with a proactive approach to providing exceptional customer service possessing professional interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
