We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for leading Moderno's creative design and graphic production for both print and digital marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer has creative freedom to take ownership of the design process and bring the brand vision to life. This role is a key part in supporting business objectives, while maintaining the integrity of the brand, and showcasing our products to their full potential.

Key Functions of this position:

Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Create high quality, visually appealing content that enhances brand awareness, drives marketing campaigns, reaches target audience, and supports marketing strategies.
Design content for brochures, infographics, digital media, print, signage, etc.
Maintain digital assets for company logos, business cards, apparel, stationary, email/signature templates, etc.
Manage workflow of graphic projects to include prioritization, project coordination, and on-time project delivery.
Collaborate with various departments to create and produce presentations.
Proactively stay up to date on industry and content trends to implement or generate design concepts.
Accept and apply feedback to ensure marketing materials are aligned with business goals.
Maintain stock assets to utilize for marketing materials, website, and social media.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Must provide a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and ability.
Experience with various design software including but not limited to: InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Possess excellent creative skills with ability to take design concepts and bring them to life.
Must have a creative vision and an eye for intricate details.
Strong organizational skills to maintain content consistency and stock assets.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to work well in a team and with other departments.
Ability to seek, receive, and apply feedback.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Must possess professional integrity and maintain confidentiality of company information.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
