Hours and Benefits of the Supported Employment Specialist:
The starting pay range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Education and experience are considered when extending offers.
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week
Hours: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Office located in Savage, MN

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Assists the organization in operating more efficiently and effectively
Directs general phone calls an emails to the appropriate department
Oversees site supply purchases
Manages company phone & internet accounts
Accurately tracks inventory of technology and other company assets
Assists in screening technology purchase requests
Manages company apparel benefit & orders
Assists with company vehicle purchase process, claims, maintenance, and disability parking certificate renewals
Runs client background checks
Assists management with other special projects as assigned
Provides support to corporate office during business hours
