SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing the fountain deliveries and ensuring the company or corporation delivers the highest level of customer service possible. Supervises fountain delivery employees, trains, coaches, and mentors' employees. Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the fountain delivery team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
• B-call responsibilities for Shoprite, Acme, Murphys, and Wawa. This includes inputting pricing and executional activities.
• Make all food service calls for new business and existing accounts.
• Coordinate installs with the Vending department.
• Manages all the Diner Group Business (DVPG) along with other groups. Compile all rebate checks twice per year along with local fountain agreement accounts and rebates.
• Develop all beverage agreements with local customers working with our finance team.
• Develop and implement fountain policies and procedures.
• Define and communicate customer service standards.
• Direct the daily operations of the fountain delivery team.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
• Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
• Hire, train, and terminate fountain delivery employees.
• Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by fountain delivery employees.
• Resolve complaints and order issues.
• Keep abreast of company products and services.
• Create, compile and review reports on overall fountain delivery team.
• Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
• Performs other duties as required.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
• 10+ years of Fountain Management or equivalent experience.
• Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
