Job Description:

Cephable has established and is managing partner and customer relationships with key brands like Microsoft, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Accenture (some of whom are both a partner and a customer). Right now, the CEO and COO of Cephable are managing these while also establishing new partnerships and customers.What does this role mean long term? In short, this position has the chance to shape its role in the future. Any of the areas described below, assuming company growth, could demand a separate team in the future, which this role would be a natural candidate to break off and lead. This is an important position for our company now and has the promise of continuing to be key as Cephable grows.Core Areas of ResponsibilitiesPartner ManagementServe as the primary contact for enterprise partners (Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.), ensuring that their needs are met and that partnerships remain strong and fruitful. Identify and develop opportunities for expanding partnerships into broader business engagements, turning pilot projects into full-scale implementations, and rooting out opportunities for revenue growth between both organizations.Customer Success(think of this as heaviest from Day 0 Day 90 of a new customer)Collaborate with enterprise customers like Intel and Accenture to help them see the benefits of Cephable software, driving adoption and demand within their organizations. Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring they fully adopt and integrate the product into their workflow. This includes onboarding, training, and ongoing support programs to maximize customer satisfaction and product value.Account Management(think of this as Day 90+)Serve as the primary contact for customers (Orix, Accenture, Intel, Lenovo, gaming studios, etc.), ensuring that their expectations are met and that the renewal of their license is not at risk. Identify and develop opportunities for expanding license value into broader business engagements, turning low usage into high usage and showing the value of Cephable in other parts of their business. This is because, as a founder-led business, partnership and sales conversations benefit from the CEOs involvement in person. With relationships being at the heart of this role we expect relationships to benefit from on-site meetings/trainings/sessions. That said, many if not most of our partners are so large they are often the bottleneck to establishing onsite events by having distributed teams themselves.
