Retail Relationship CoordinatorWholesome Goods, Inc. is a fast-growing E-commerce company with exciting high-growth brands in home goods, cosmetics, pet care and more! We are seeking an outgoing and personable individual with a sales background and potential trade show experience to join our in-house team as a Retail Relationship Coordinator. This role will work closely with our Director or Retail to cultivate and maintain customer relationships with a variety of clients including but not limited to independent retailers, specialty stores, and corporate buyers. If so we would love to hear from you!This is an on-site position with one hybrid-remote day on Wednesdays.Responsibilities:Drive Sales and Build Relationships: Leverage your expertise in sales to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, and effectively communicate product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Lead Outreach Efforts: Proactively build relationships through LinkedIn and cold calling, showcasing your ability to navigate both cold outreach and warm-touch sales strategies to achieve business goals.Organize and Manage Projects: Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently, using Asana to handle small projects, track deadlines, and ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.Represent the Brand at Trade Shows: Serve as a brand ambassador at trade shows, engaging with potential buyers and effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our products.Conduct Industry and Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends and perform research on corporate buyers and competitors to ensure we remain competitive in our product categories.Foster Positive Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, using your personable and approachable demeanor to ensure a positive client experience.Manage Inventory and Reporting: Utilize Google Sheets for inventory management and sales reporting. You will also be responsible for understanding product pricing and using basic formulas to analyze and report data effectively.Requirements:In-Depth Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our consumer goods brands and their target demographics, enabling you to effectively represent, promote, and communicate their unique selling points to retailers.Proactive Retailer Outreach: Take initiative in reaching out to retailers through LinkedIn, cold calling, and other strategic methods, cultivating and maintaining relationships to expand our retail network.Maintain Brand Catalogs: Ensure that our online brand catalogs remain accurate and up-to-date, keeping product listings current and providing retailers with the most relevant information about our offerings.Data-Driven Reporting: Track your progress and report on key metrics such as sales data and outreach efforts, ensuring transparency and clear communication with the rest of the team. Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to client meetings and other work-related activities.Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and sales visits.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for handling equipment, materials, or other work-related tasks.Bonus:Retail / Sales Experience is a bonus, but not required!Experience with RangeMe, Faire, or relevant wholesale platforms.Experience in B2B marketing or D2C
