FT Assistant Director of Court Services Family Court
Knowledge of juvenile law, juvenile court and juvenile justice system; knowledge of community resources. Knowledge of child development/mental health treatment needs and substance use treatment needs. Management/ Supervisory skills. Good organization and computer skills. Good communication skills. Ability to be objective and facilitate the resolution of stressful and/or crisis situation. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates supervisors, community partners and providers, and the general public. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or Criminal Justice Field. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of three or more years of supervisory experience preferred and/or a minimum of five years of juvenile court experience.
