Role description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the our team to support design and construction management services and other client services in document control, meeting management and project administration.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Role accountabilities:

• Providing general construction administrative and on-site program coordination support.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to collect program metrics, data, schedules, and other relevant program data. Input and format data for evaluation.
• Updating program dashboards and other communication initiatives on a regular basis.
• Planning and attending team meetings and workshops. Coordinating attendance, presentations, logistics and documenting and disturbing meeting minutes to all attendees.
• Assisting with the development and distribution of project documentation (technical repots, presentations) and communications.
• Ensuring internal and external teams and vendor partners have proper access to documents.
• Assisting with streamlining internal communication and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Desired skills and experience:

• Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat applications
• Ability to learn multiple administrative, financial and project management functions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Detail oriented, dependable, and proactive

Required Qualifications:
• 3 years of administration and/or coordination experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance operations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or a related discipline

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $91,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
